At Indi Acres, everything we offer is made, raised, or collected with love—and we want you to be happy with your purchase! That said, we’re a small, hands-on family operation, so our return policy is designed to be fair for both you and us.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.
   
• Returns for non-damaged items may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
   
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless there’s a mistake on our end.
   

• All live animal sales are final. We work hard to ensure each animal is healthy, socialized, and ready for their new home at the time of sale.
   
• If you can no longer care for an animal you’ve purchased from us, please reach out. We’ll do our best to help you rehome them or, in some cases, take them back.
   
• We do not offer refunds for live animals once they leave our care, but we are always here for support and guidance.
   

• Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final. If something arrives spoiled or damaged, please let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
